General terms and conditions of the mediation Ulrich Knauff
First The agency provides Knauff the contracts for the owners of the apartments and holiday homes. The agency will therefore act as a representative of the owner and acts in the name and on behalf of the owner. The contract is with the respective owners of the apartment or apartments to-unable. 5th Depending on apartment size and cost to be paid by the guest cleaning costs are identified in the lease.
6th In case of early return of the apartment / house of the holiday / the holiday apartments, there is no refund.
7th The agency is only liable within the scope of its interest, it provides for the conclusion of the lease between the guest and owner. The agency receives the agreed percentage commission in the form and amount of deposit paid in advance, which is included in the price of Fallot.
8th The guest is liable for damage caused.
9th Bed linen and towels are not part of the treaty.
